What are Thread Lifts?
A Threadlift is an effective non-surgical cosmetic treatment to lift and tighten sagging skin. It can also redefine facial contours and induce collagen production. A Threadlift uses a 100% PDO (Polydioxanone) thread, a clinically proven bio-compatible material that is widely used in medical suturing.
WHAT DOES A THREAD LIFT PROCEDURE ENTAIL
Local anaesthetic is applied on the treatment site. The PDO or Cog thread will then be introduced using a cannula or micro-needle in the required area. The procedure takes around 45-60 minutes, depending on the treatment required. You will be able to fully resume your everyday routine and social commitments immediately. The thread will form an integrated support structure for collagen to bind to, hence lifting and tightening the skin.
